HOLIDAY 2022 SHIPPING INFO:
Per USPS, the deadline for shipping within the United States:
First Class packages: December 17th
Priority packages: December 19th

Per USPS, the deadline for shipping to Canada:
First Class and Priority packages: December 6th

To whom do the proceeds from the merchandise sales benefit?
A portion of all sales benefit Conquering CHD (conqueringchd.org) aimed at research and funding future opportunities to help others in need. Thanks in advance for your love and support.

When will my merchandise be produced and shipped?
Pre-Order items are typically fulfilled and shipped within 14-21 business days.  Once shipped, allow for 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS (additional time for International orders). 

Made to Order items are typically fulfilled and shipped within 7-14 business days.  Once shipped, allow for 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS (additional time for International orders).

Ready to Ship items are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days.  Once shipped, allow for 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS (additional time for International orders).

We do our absolute best to get things out as quickly as possible, most times earlier than expected.

Please Note: Ready to ship and/or made to order items purchased with pre-order items will ship together to avoid additional shipping costs.

What do "Pre-Order" and "Made to Order" mean?
When you order from our site, we place an order from our supplier. We don't carry inventory. This is why production and shipping may take longer. Pre-order items are sent to the printer at the end of the week. Made to order items are typically fulfilled by us, in house.

What does "Ready to Ship" mean?
We have the inventory ready to ship! However, please see above for shipping times for ready to ship items if purchased with made to order and/or pre-order items.

What are "business days?"
Our business days are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays. We are experiencing longer than usual shipping times from our supplier. We apologize in advance for this delay. *Due to COVID-19, production and shipping may be delayed*

How will my merchandise be shipped?
All merchandise is shipped via USPS from Cleveland, Ohio.

Can I add additional items to a previous order that has not been fulfilled?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have the ability to add to an existing order after it has been processed. 

If I can't add additional items, will I be charged shipping again?
Yes. Shipping is calculated based on weight per USPS. If we add additional items to an order, the shipping weight will increase therefore making the price of shipping increase. 

Can I cancel or edit my order after it's processed?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing TeamBalmert@gmail.com.  Once items are sent into production, orders can't be edited, cancelled or refunded.

Are shipping costs refundable?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: if an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you will be charged to reship the item.

Do you ship to my country?
We are currently shipping within the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Please note: if an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you will be charged to reship the item.
***As of July 25, 2022, USPS has issued a temporary suspension of service to some international destinations. Australia and New Zealand are on this list. This is due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other service disruptions. We apologize for this and will add shipping to our friends in Australia and New Zealand once the suspension has been lifted.***

What about additional International Custom Fees? 
All international customers are responsible for any additional custom fees that may occur during shipping. Depending on the country and the amount of your order, you may have a customs charge upon delivery (Ex: VAT Tax). Please note: if an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you will be charged to reship the item. 

Will I have tracking on my order?
Yes! Your tracking confirmation will be sent once the order has been shipped. You can enroll in additional shipping notifications (email, text messages, etc.) during your checkout process.

What is the exchange/return policy on my merchandise?
All sales are final. No exchanges. No returns. No refunds.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Take it directly to your local post office for further direction.  We are not held responsible for any damages caused during the shipping process.  Make sure to save the envelope/bag and the damaged merchandise to take to your local post office. If damage is unrelated to shipping, please email us at TeamBalmert@gmail.com.

What if my merchandise never arrives?
Take your tracking information to your local post office.  We are not held responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged merchandise during the shipping process.  

How do I wash my merchandise?
Handle with love as it's made with love!

  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron decals
  • Use cool/warm water
  • Wash and dry inside out
  • Hang dry if possible
